So, tonight I had a call from a telemarketer. I listened for a bit and then stopped her. She was from West Virginia. I asked her,”do you like your job?”. She said, “Yes I actually do. I am a mom of 5 and all I do is talk to little humans all day. This gives me a chance to talk to adults!” We had a long conversation and ended up at about Christmas music. She said she’s lucky to get 2 channels where she lives. I told her to download Life 102.5 and she would hear music she probably has never heard before. She was so excited to listen that she was downloading it as we spoke! I pray I made a difference in her life tonight!

Raising teenagers can be many things, but certainly not boring! Wisconsin native Amy Betters-Midvedt would know as she’s currently parenting her fifth teen. We talk with her about her new book, “You’ll Make It (And They Will Too) – Everything No One Talks About When You’re Parenting Teens.” She shares what she’s learned from her experiences, including how to respond when they rebel, communicate with them more effectively, and lean on God for support.
