Amy’s story

This is not exactly a story about me, I wanted to take a moment after listening this morning to Sarah’s kindess spotlight story. I am not sure if it has ever been brought to attention how kind Sarah is herself. I feel it is worth mentioning how giving and kind she is. I work in a public school and I was having a really bad few days, and as I was waiting with some kids after school to go to my second job, Sarah saw the tears and took time to ask what was going on, then she stood right there on public school property and asked to pray with me. I of course said yes!! So she just took a minute out of her after school routine to just pray with me and it is a moment I will not forget, that moment of kindness and caring really turned my mood around and knowing I can’t fix everything, I just find the joy in Jesus walking me through my days and that was a wonderful reminder. That is just one of many acts of kindness Sarah has done for someone that made a huge difference.
