Gil is a Christ-follower, accomplished author, motivational speaker, and certified mental wellness coach.
He spends his days training, traveling, coaching, competing, writing, and speaking. He is passionate about what he loves to do and hopes to inspire, encourage, challenge, and motivate people to pursue their dreams.
