My mother, Kathlene Manser, went home to be with Jesus on March 15, 2018. She was the center of our family, loved gardening to the point she would pull weeds by flashlight and loved cooking. As long as she was able, our holiday meals, planned by her and with requests for family members to cook recipes were spectacular. A deeply spiritual women as well.

As Haiti continues to be gripped by gang violence, corruption and extreme poverty, a faith-based organization in Middleton is working to bring hope to one Haitian community.
