Happy Mother’s day Moma(Posthumously)!! I still thank God for giving me you-a wise, God-fearing, HolySpirit filled, Bible knowing, faithful mom. The epitome of the Proverbs 31 woman. It is because of you living your faith out loud, reading your Bible & daily devotionals & always praying before us that I learned to know & trust God and always pray. I you & always will forever! Altho I miss hearing your laughs, feeling your soft skin, & getting your warm embraces & hugs, I’m esp comforted on this day because your “mothering” me is still very much alive & well in me today as your wise counsel & old witty sayings come to mind whenever I’m dealing with a life situation or issue with my children you left a lasting impression as a good mother and I raised my daughters with the same principles & values you instilled in me, and contrary to popular beliefs or other people’s opinions, they, like me, by the Grace of God with us, we all are great mothers too & I see your mothering my daughters …it’s a legacy that keeps showing up whenever I watch them mothering their children- being loving, dedicated, sacrificial, choosing their children’s best, making wise decisions & providing a good clean safe & happy home for them to live.. I am so blessed to call you Mom. And as I’ve told you & sang Mariah Carey’s song to you many times before you went to be with the Lord..”You are my hero, you’re everything I want to be..” And I am proud to be a mother like you. And I will tell you again…When I see you again after Jesus returns. XOXO
