For Issue to be Fixed

I am still having issues where I am not able to send important emails using any of my accounts. I received some bad news from one of their engineers today who told me the issue will not be fixed. I cannot be sure the engineer is correct due to the way they handled the case which to my knowledge may not be how the previous engineer fixed a similar issue. I had to make a complaint in order to have the case escalated so they can investigate this again and see what can be done. I have been suffering from this issue for 2 months with them not resolving it and I don’t know what to do. Today I am suffering so much pain and anxiety and haven’t ate much from the stress about this issue. I feel I am always suffering. Please pray for me, that there is a way to fix this and that it does get fixed soon.
