11:00 am. Pig Roast Lunch can be purchased for $15.00 for the meal-pork sandwich, two sides, dessert and drink.
$8.00 for the Pork Sandwich and drink
$2.00 for kids’ meal Hot dog (vegan can be requested), fruit, chips and drink
11:00 a.m. Silent Auction starts. Bid on items from around the area from local businesses and members of the church.
11:00 a.m. Kids Games start. Lawn Bowling, Rock Painting and much more.
11:00 a.m. Music starts from members of church and around the area. Bands, Barbershop, Vocals and much more.
1:00 p.m. Last chance to bid on Silent Auction items. Need to pick up that day or sometime the following week.
1:30 p.m. Last meal is served.
2:00 p.m. Event ends with all who stay to help clean up.
