As per FCC EEO rules posted march 10, 2003 WNWC AM-FM for its recruitment initiatives has selected to:
-Participate in at least four job fairs, host or co-sponsor a job fair.
-Participate in at least four activities sponsored by communities active in broadcast issues, including conventions, career days, workshops, and similar activities

During the period August 1st, 2010 to July 31, 2011 WNWC FM filled one position. The position was for a full-time Morning Show Announcer and Listener Engagement Director.

WNNWC AM-FM
Northwestern College neither had nor filled any open full-time positions at Stations WNWC AM and FM during the period August 1, 2009 and July 31, 2010.

2008 EEO
As per FCC EEO rules posted March 10, 2003 WNWC AM-FM for its recruitment initiatives has selected to:
~Participate in at least four job fairs, host or co-sponsor a job fair.
~Participate in at least four activities sponsored by communities active in broadcast issues, including conventions, career days, workshops, and similar activities.

WNWC AM-FM
Northwestern College neither had nor filled any open full-time positions at Stations WNWC AM and FM during the period March 10-September 15, 2006. The FCC’s new EEO rules became effective on March 10, 2003. We have not as yet undertaken any of the menu option activities specified in the FCC’s rules.

Northwestern College neither had nor filled any open full-time positions at Stations WNWC AM and FM during the period July 31, 2006 and August 1, 2007.

Northwestern College has two full-time positions open at station WNWC AM and FM. The positions of Program Director/Air talent and Promotions Director/Air talent became open during the period of January 1, 2008 to August 1, 2008. All interested parties may apply at jobs@nwc.edu

During the period August 1st, 2008 to July 31, 2009 WNWC FM filled one position. The position was for a full-time Program Director.
